The watch has a beautiful silver & enamel case depicting the Imperial coat of arms -the double headed eagle. The watch has a fine enamel dial depicting a portrait of Grigori Rasputin who wear the Tsarevich Alexei on his sholders. On his right side you can see the figures of Tsar Nicholas II and Empress Alexandra.
