I am pleased to offer from my private collection this one of a kind and important historical antique WWI era Imperial Russ Faberge Karelian Birchwood award cigarette case c1914-1915. The box has been awarded to Major-General Prince Konstantin “Kote” Abkhazi(1867-1923). He was a Georgian Major General and politician.During the Imperial rule, he was a major general in the tsar’s army. The case comes from General’s family estate.
The box is decorated with silver ornaments and a tag written in Cyrillic “War 1914-1915, K.Faberge”.
The case is 95mm x 95mm x 55mm thick.
