The set is composed of the two initials of the Grand Duke Nicholas Nikolaevich-double N beneath the Crown. The set is decorated with approx 1ct old Rose cut Diamonds and natural Sapphires. The set is hallmarked. Scratched with the inventory number. The set comes with the original Birchwood luxury presentation box.
