This unique watch has been made fspecially for the cabinet of Empress Maria Feodorovna(the mother of the last Russ Tsar Nicholas II).
The watch has a 18k solid gold case depicting an amazing hand painted enamel portrait of Empress Maria.
The watch comes with the original luxury morocco leather presentation box decorated with gold binding and with the personal cypher of Empress Maria Feodorovna MF in Cyrillic beneath the Romanov crown.
Fine enamel dial,original hands.
The watch is 44mm in diameter. 56 grams heavy. The watch comes with a gilt chain fob and winding key.

Provenance: The watch has been awarded by Empress Maria to her maid of honor Countess Evgeniya Nikolaevna Adlerberg. It comes from her family estate.
