I am pleased to offer from my private collection this antique Omega Grand-Prix award open face silver pocket watch and a medal ,specially made for the 1928 St.Moritz II Winter Olympic Games. The watch has been awarded to the Swedish athlete Gillis Grafstrom who took participation in the figure skating competition and won the gold medal in Men’s singles event. The watch and the medal comes from his family estate. The medal comes with the original luxury presentation box. The watch has a fine enamel dial depicting the Olympic logo.
The watch is preserved in excellent condition!
The watch has a high grade movement,Breguet spiral,bimetalic compensating balance
wheel ,precision regulator,ruby end stone on balance.
