I am pleased to offer from my private collection this rare and historically important WWI Longines Military Wristwatch for German Navy Officers 47mm Nickel-Plated Case – Navy Dial Design – Circa 1914–1918 This rare and evocative wristwatch was manufactured by the respected Longines watch company during World War I, designed specifically for German Navy officers. A remarkable fusion of military utility and symbolism, it stands out with a bold, clean aesthetic and iconic imagery of the Imperial German Navy. The white enamel-style dial features a prominently painted Iron Cross on the left and a German battle ship motif on the right—marking this piece as part of a very small run of wristwatches personalized for Kriegsmarine officers in the elite navy corps. The original  hands are still present. Powered by a manual-wind Swiss movement, the watch is housed in a robust 47mm nickel-plated case with a hinged caseback.
