I am pleased to offer from my private collection this extremely rare and highly collectible antique late 19th Century Imperial Tsar’s Era Faberge 14k gold & hand carved Malachite hard stone Easter Egg knot pendant c1890’s made for the royal court of Empress Alexandra Feodorovna. The pendant comes with the original luxury 18k gold plated “Ormolu” bronze Easter Egg shaped display jewellry box.The egg box depicting the royal monogram of Empress Alexandra Feodorovna beneath the Romanov Crown.
The pendant gold knot is hallmarked with the “56” Imperial gold hallmark and with the master’s hallmark “K Ф” for Carl Faberge. Scratched with Faberge’s inventory number.
The egg is 45mm high in total including the knot. 14g heavy.
