I am pleased to offer from my private collection this one of a kind antique Imperial Tsar’s Era Faberge award silver,enamel and Acajou wood cigar case c1880’s. Made by Faberge’s haed workmaster Julius Rappoport(hallmarked with his initials I.P. and with 84 silver hallmark). The case has been presented to General of Artillery of the Imperial Army, Joseph Ivanovich Mrozovsky. The case comes from his family estate. The silver cap is entirely hand engraved and decorated with: the Imperial coat of arms -the double headed eagle;the silver enamelled miniature order of Saint George for bravery ;miniature enamelled badge of St.Anna Order 4th class,enamelled sholder board and monograms. 4.5 x 9 x 13cm
