Hand engraved text in Cyrillic translated as :”In memory of the sacred coronation of the lord Emperor Alexander III in Moscow c.1883″ ,and depicting the Imperial Romanov’s coat of arms-the double headed eagle and the cypher of Tsar Alexander III.
