The ring is solid 14k gold,decorated with 0.5ct old Rose cut Diamond.(snow white G color,SI1 clarity) A lot of sparkles.The sparkle of old cut diamonds is deeper and warmer, almost glowing in a way that draws the eye into the stone instead of bouncing the light back out.
