I am please to offer from my private collection this Antique Tsar’s Era FABERGÉ Gilt (Vermeil) Silver and enamel hand engraved Easter Egg Pendant depicting the Royal monograms of Tsar Nicholas II and his wife . Made by FABERGÉ’s workmaster August Hollming. (Hollming, August Frederik (1854-1915) born in Loppi, Finland, a Finnish workmaster who worked for Faberge from 1880. His mark is ‘A*H’.)
The egg is hallmarked with the master’s initials ‘A*H’ and with “8 4” silver hallmark. The other side is engraved with the year 1896 which is the year of the Coronation of Tsar Nicholas II and his wife Empress Alexandra
