The dial bears two significant symbols: the Olympic bell with eagle motif and ‘Berlin 1936’, and a horse and rider graphic symbolizing the equestrian discipline in which the recipient competed. • Case: Classic silver case with a beautifully engraved back reading “Zum Andenken” (German for “In Remembrance”), surrounded by intricate scrollwork and engine-turned decoration.
