• The Shoulders: Both shoulders of the ring are intricately cast with the Imperial double-headed eagle, symbolizing the might of the empire and the direct royal patronage of the award.

• The Band & Engraving: The exterior of the band features a sweeping, hand-engraved Cyrillic inscription reading (For Bravery).
